Leverock, Rawlins & Florida Compete In Opener
Kamau Leverock, Delray Rawlins and their Florida Scorpion teammates lost to the Stallions by 23 runs in their opening match of the Atlanta Open 2022.
Florida Scorpions won the toss and elected to bowl, the Stallions scored 240/4 in their 20 overs, Sharjeel Kan was their top scorer with 91, while Oshane Thomas was the pick of the Florida Scorpion bowlers with figures of 4-0-52-2, Leverock bowled 2-0-35-0.
In reply the Florida Scorpions scored 217/7, Roshon Primus was the top scorer with 56, Leverock scored 30 off 18 balls, he hit 5 fours and 1 six, while Rawlins scored 27 runs from 14 balls, he hit 1 four and 3 sixes. With figures of 4-0-46-2, Pat Brown led the Stallions’ bowling attack.
