Her Excellency, The Governor, after consultation with the
Chief Justice, has approved the appointment of Mr. Martin Forde, KC,
to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 75[4] of the Bermuda Constitution for the following matter:
R v E Brown and E Brown v DPP et al civ no: 474 of 2020/ Crim no 9 of 2021 for the period 6th October 2022 until this matter is complete.
