Bermuda Competes At Florida Holiday Challenge
The Bermuda Volleyball Association’s Junior National Program Paradise Hitters teams concluded competing in the Florida Holiday Challenge.
The under 18 team finished 14th in the division. In their first match on day two, the under 18 team defeated NMB National Ashley 25-18, 19-25, 15-10, but they then lost 25-23, 25-18 to 904 Elite.
The under 16 team finished 12th in the division. The team started the day with a 25-12, 25-7 loss to Gulfside Elite. They then lost 26-24, 25-21 to DYV Academy.
Finishing third in their division was the under 14 team. They started the day the way they ended day one, with a 25-11, 26-24 win over DME UA Elite, but then lost in a hard fought game 19-25, 25-22, 21-19 to JJVA Black.
The under 13 team finished 12th in the division. They started the day by losing 25-11, 25-3 to Top Select Volleyball Select. They then lost 25-16, 25-14 to Empowerher Black.
