Phillips Compete In Orange Bowl Championships
Daniel Phillips took part in the JA Plantation Orange Bowl International Tennis Championships qualifying second round.
In the first round of the qualifiers, Phillips faced off against Aldiyar Abzhan from the United States, where he advanced with a straight sets 6-0, 6-2 victory.
In the second round of the qualifiers, Phillips took on the number 4 seed Thanaphat Boosarawongse from Thailand who is ranked 158 in the world where he was defeated in straight sets 6-4, 6-1.
