BNAA Salutes Dage Minors Achievements

Following his record setting showing, the Bermuda National Athletics Association [BNAA] said that Dage Minors is “the embodiment of discipline, perseverance, and determination and the BNAA salutes his achievements.”

A BNAA spokesperson said, “On Friday, January 27th, at the Boston University Terrier Classic, Dage Minors broke his national mile record of 4:02.10 by delivering a superb performance and becoming the first Bermudian in history to run the mile in under 4:00. Dage’s new national record is 3:59.35.

“In his first track race of the season, Dage set a personal best and a new national record. This speaks volumes about his off-season preparations. Dage was also the winner of the Elite Men’s Front Street Mile on January 13th, here in Bermuda.

“Dage is the embodiment of discipline, perseverance, and determination and the BNAA salutes his achievements. We all are looking forward to continued success for Dage this season.”
