Madelyn Moore and her Virginia Tech women’s swimming teammates were defeated 207 – 91 by cross town rivals, the University of Virginia.
Moore swam the anchor leg for Virginia Tech women’s 200 yard medley relay A team that finished 3rd with a time of 1:40.76.
In the women’s 50 yard freestyle, Moore clocked a time of 23.19 finishing 4th.
The Bermudian swimmer finished 7th in the women’s 100 yard freestyle touching the wall in a time of 51.17 and also led off the Virginia Tech women’s 400 yard freestyle relay B team that finished 4th clocking 3:29.00.
