The Chairman of the Liquor Licensing Authority, in compliance with the requirement of Section 7 of the Liquor Licence Act 1974 gives the following notice:

A Special Session of The Liquor Licensing Authority will be held at the 26th day of January, 2023, via video link, at 12.30 p.m. to hear the application for the grant / transfer of the following licences:

Finally, if you are called to a hearing the Clerk will contact you.

This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information [Information Statement] Police Complaints Authority Notice 2023.

Deposit of information statement

Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, notice is hereby given that the Police Complaints Authority information statement has been deposited for public inspection at—

the offices of the [name of public authority];

the Bermuda Archives; and

the Bermuda National Library,

the Office of the Information Commissioner

and shall come into operation on 1 April 2023.
