The full filing stated: “In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [the Exchange], Argus Group Holdings Limited advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of January 2023 the company has repurchased 10,228 shares at an average repurchase price of $5.67 per share. These shares have been retained as treasury shares.”
