Brian Desmond Helps Fordham Win Twice
Brian Desmond and his Fordham swimming & diving teammates completed one of its finest regular seasons going for 2-for-2 on wins over Wagner and St. Francis Brooklyn at the Col. Francis B. Messmore Aquatic Center.
Fordham men recorded a 165-117 win over Wagner and a 176-107 win over St. Francis Brooklyn to complete an 8-1 regular season, the team’s best record since the 1990s.
Desmond clocked a time of 1:46.31 finishing 2nd in the men’s 200 yard freestyle.
During the men’s 200 yard backstroke, Desmond finished 6th touching the wall in a time of 2:02.57.
