BWS Issue Gale Warning, Thunderstorm Advisory
The Bermuda Weather Service [BWS] has issued a Gale Warning valid for late this afternoon through this evening, and Thunderstorm Advisory valid for this evening.
In an online post, BWS said, “February is off to a windy start. A gale warning is valid for late this afternoon through this evening with gusts expected up to 50 knots. Tonight is also expected to be wet with thunderstorms around as a cold front passes. The weekend sees notably cooler temperatures as conditions settle a bit. Another cold front arrives Monday night with the possibility of more gales and another round of cooler temperatures to follow.
