Nurse Finishes 4th In Invitational Long Jump
Sadiq Nurse and his Norfolk State University Men’s Indoor track and field teammates were in action at the 60th Annual East Coast Invitational as the Spartans dominated the three-team field at the Virginia Beach Sports Center.
Norfolk State won the meet with 231 points, while Maryland Eastern Shore placed second with 98 points. Voorhees College rounded out the field with 23 points.
Nurse finished 4th in the men’s long jump with a top leap of 6.43m or 20 feet 9.25 inches.
