Cricket: Bermuda Beats Bahamas By 9 Wickets

Bermuda completed a clean sweep of wins at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Americas Regional Qualifier after defeating the Bahamas by nine wickets in Buenos Aires, Argentina, today [March 4].
Coach Niraj Odedra’s side had already guaranteed qualification to the final regional qualifier, which will be played in Bermuda in September and October, as winners of the five-team group.
Bermuda won the toss and elected to bowl, restricting the Bahamas to 73 runs for nine wickets, with man of the match Derrick Brangman claiming four for 15 with his slow left-arm spin.
In reply, Bermuda took just 7.2 overs to chase down their opponent’s total, scoring 74 for the loss of one wicket.
Kamau Leverock continued his fine form, scoring 48 not out, including seven fours and two sixes.
