Smith Finishes 5th In Premium Cup Triathlon
Tyler Smith finished in fifth while competing in the 2023 Africa Triathlon Premium Cup Nelson Mandela Bay Triathlon Elite Men’s race.
Smith clocked a time of 1:42:27; he finished at 15:21 during the 1500m swim, then completed the 40k bike course in 53:19, before marking a time of 32:29 on the 10K run course.
Jamie Riddle from South Africa clocked a winning time of 1:41:27, Panagiotis Bitados from Greece was second in 1:41:36, and James Edgar from Ireland was third at 1:42:06.
