Optimist Sailors Begin Competing In Italy
Bermuda Optimist sailors began competing in the 41st Lake Garda Regatta in Italy.
After three races on day one, Shiloh Cruickshank is leading the Bermuda fleet in 61st with 59 points, Cruickshank finished 17th in the first race, before crossing the line in 21st in races two and three.
Miguel Power is in 72nd with 68 points, Power finished 47th in the first race, before crossing the line in 4th in the second race, Power would close out with a 17th place finish in the third race.
Trystan Hocking is currently in 246th place with 175 points, Hocking had finishes of 56th, 66th, and 53rd.
Dylan Menzies came off the water in 251st place with 180 points, Menzies had finishes of 27th, 80th, and 73rd.
Nina Gotfredsen is in 270th with 189 points, Gotfredsen had finishes of 57th, 70th, and 62nd.
Noah Amaradasa is in T424th with 281 points, while Joseph Lau is in 425th place with 281 points as well.
Evan Davis is 463rd with 293 points, Oliver Soares is 507th with 317 points, and Brady Mackay is in 563rd place with 347 points.
