Erin Cardoso, another 2022 intern added, “Going into Ignite I didn’t know much about being an entrepreneur; I had somewhat of a business idea but didn’t know how to achieve it. During the programme, I got to hear from real entrepreneurs, learn about their experiences and struggles and ultimately how to take risks and adapt to be successful. Now I have started my own small business utilizing the skills I received being in the programme.”
The spokesperson said, “The Ignite Young Adult Entrepreneurial Internship Programme offers a rare learning experience, where participants can dive deep into a specific area of development and receive mentorship from entrepreneurial leaders to enhance their entrepreneurial knowledge and skills. Through the programme, participants will have access to a vast network of entrepreneurs and industry professionals, providing them with invaluable networking opportunities that can open doors for their future entrepreneurial endeavours.”

It is incredibly rewarding to witness the positive impact this programme has on the young adults in our community, and I look forward to working alongside the next group of innovators this summer.”
The spokesperson said, “Ignite Bermuda is committed to fostering a supportive community of entrepreneurs, where participants can connect, collaborate, and learn from each other, creating an environment for entrepreneurial growth. Participants are provided access to resources, tools, and workshops that can help them sharpen their entrepreneurial skills, refine their business ideas, and take their entrepreneurial goals to the next level.
