Video: Rescued Seal Released Back Into Ocean
After arriving in the United States for rehabilitation at Mystic Aquarium, the seal rescued in Bermuda last February has been released into the ocean.
The seal was discovered on Clearwater Beach this past February and was later named Northlands by Ruby Dill – who originally discovered the animal in distress – after her granddaughter’s school. Northlands was then sent to the United States for further rehabilitation, with the ultimate goal of releasing him back into the wild.
