Ball Hockey Play Offs: Appleby Defeats Mosher
Appleby has taken a 1 – 0 lead in the Bermuda Ball Hockey Play-off Series Final following their 4 – 2 win over Alexandra Mosher at the PCC hockey rink.
Alexandra Mosher took the lead in the first period with a goal off the stick of JM Tremblay, but Appleby would level the match at 11 – 1 in the first period when Shannon Gosse scored.
In the second period Appleby took a 2 – 1 lead when Andrew Kuzma scored, Matt Katzsch would then make it 3 – 1 to Appleby, before Bill Calko pulled a goal back for Alexandra Mosher to end the period with the score 3 – 2.
Gosse scored the lone goal in the third period to earn Appleby the 4 – 2 win.
