Golf: Leseur Wins IU-Kokomo Spring Invitational
Bermuda’s Kenny Leseur took medalist honors at the IU-Kokomo Spring Invitational. The 36-hole tournament was shortened to 18 holes due to weather conditions.
Leseur was one of four Butler University players who played as individuals at the event.
Leseur carded an even-par 72 in cold, blustery conditions at Wildcat Creek Golf Course. That gave him a five-shot victory.
There were a total of 43 players in the field. Of the universities who fielded full teams, host IU-Kokomo took the team title with a score of 332.
