May 17: BZS To Hold Free Lecture On Seahorses
The Bermuda Zoological Society [BZS] will be holding a free virtual lecture series on Bermuda’s seahorses on Wednesday, May 17th.
Presenters include Kate Cooper & Jessica Kehrli, BAMZ Aquarists, and Jessica Young, Edward Dawson and Deanna Friesen from Warwick Academy.
The lecture will “provide update on Bermuda’s seahorse population from The Warwick Academy Seahorse Project.[The presenters] will share their findings on Bermuda’s seahorse population from the past year, as well as conservation methods used as temporary holdfasts for seahorse colonies.”
