The City of Hamilton is holding an array of free lunchtime activities this week as part of the ‘Spring into the City’ 5-day event.

City of Hamilton Events & Marketing Coordinator, Melissa Looby, previously said, “We’re thrilled to bring back ‘Spring into the City’ as it was very well received last year. It is a great way to ease into the warmer months and reinvigorate the mind, body and soul. We invite everyone to come out to City Hall each day of the week, starting on May 1st, between 12:00pm and 2:00pm, to take advantage of everything on offer from mini massages and lawn games to live music and sweet treats.”

Each day of the week features a theme – Motivational Monday, Tasty Tuesday, Wellness Wednesday, Thoughtful Thursday and Fiesta Friday.
