Harvey Narrowly Misses Out On Another Medal

Emma Harvey narrowly missed out on a medal in the 100 metres backstroke final at the Central American and Caribbean Games in San Salvador, El Salvador, yesterday [June 25].
Harvey, who won silver in the 50 backstroke on Saturday, finished fourth in the A final in 1:02.74, with Kristen Romano, of Puerto Rico, taking bronze in 1:02.68.
Bermuda men’s rugby sevens team lost their opening Group A game of the competition 33-0 to Colombia before taking on Venezuela, losing 21-14 yesterday.
Coach John Barnwell’s side take on Costa Rica and Jamaica today. They will conclude the first round of pool matches against Mexico tomorrow.
