Nia Christopher Named In USL W Team Of Month
Bermudian footballer Nia Christopher has been named to the USL W League Team of the Month for June.
In announcing the team, the U.S. based USL W League said, “Eagle FC battled their way to the top of the Mid Atlantic Division, thanks in part to the large role the attacking minded Towson Tiger and Bermuda international played in Eagle’s offense.
“Christopher tallied three of her seven total goals in Eagle’s final seven matches. The Mechanicsburg-based club finished the regular season with a record of 11-1-0 and is hosting the Eastern Conference Playoffs.”
