Golf: Yorkshire PGA Win Against Bermuda PGA
The Yorkshire PGA Team playing on home soil produced plenty of birdies to amass enough points to win comfortably against the Bermuda PGA Select, whose only winning pair was the team of Jeff Hall and Kim Swan.
Kim Swan stated, “I’m excited that we were able to formally establish this relationship and I am proud of the Bermuda Team for paying their own way to be a part of this historic relationship launch in the name of golf.”

Andrew Smith, Secretary PGA in Yorkshire, added, “After meeting the energetic Kim Swan in 2022, communication and ideas have been flowing freely. Yorkshire and Bermuda came together to play our first match on Sunday 24th September at Forest Park GC in York, ending with a win for Yorkshire.
“Professionals in Yorkshire are looking at and now seeing Bermuda as a future destination for their club trips abroad. Yorkshire has 190 golf clubs with an estimated 100,000 golfers, 437 golf professionals. It’s a huge market for Bermuda.”
