Investigation Continues Into Firearms Incident
The investigation continues into the confirmed firearms incident which occurred in the area of Court Street and Elliot Street, Pembroke shortly after 11.00pm on Saturday [Sept 16].
A police spokesperson said, “While forensic evidence was recovered at the scene, officers are still keen on hearing from members of public, particularly anyone who was among the large group of people who were at the location at the time the shooting occurred.
“The suspects are described as two males wearing dark clothing, travelling on a dark coloured motorcycle.
“One of the suspects reportedly discharged a firearm in the direction of a group of people who were gathered on the sidewalk.
“They then rode off in the direction of Till’s Hill.
