Cricket Matches Suspended Due To Philippe
The ICC Men’s T20 World Americas Qualifier cricket matches scheduled for today [Oct 6] have been suspended due to Tropical Storm Philippe.
ICC Tournament Director Billy MacDermott said, “Following yesterday’s statement, The Event Technical Committee has decided to suspend the matches due to take place on October 6th, considering safety matters associated to tropical storm Phillipe. Safety is our priority. There are no reserve days, matches will resume as scheduled on Saturday 7th October upon evaluation of storm.”
