Ignite Bermuda announced a new job opportunity for an Enablement Manager.

This role is integral to our mission of helping entrepreneurs and community leaders test, grow, and find scalable solutions for their businesses and charities.

“Role Responsibilities: The Enablement Manager will coach and mentor entrepreneurs, lead accelerator training, manage the collaborative community space, and assist in creating a trusted, inclusive, and supportive ecosystem for entrepreneurship in Bermuda. The role requires a balance of hands-on involvement and knowing when to let entrepreneurs arrive at their own conclusions.
“Essential Skills: The ideal candidate will be highly organized with excellent time management skills. They should be confident, assertive, positive, and enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude. Strong leadership skills are a must, along with excellent communication and presentation skills. The candidate should be adaptable, flexible in mindset and behaviour, and with a high level of personal energy.
