Official Notice For Legislature On November 3rd

The Governor has issued the official proclamation to “prorogue the Legislature” and declare that the “next session of the Legislature shall commence at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, the 3rd day of November,” which is when the 2023 Throne Speech will be held.
