James Lee won the first-place medal again this year as the 2023 Raleigh “Ultimate Survivor” Winner of the Advanced Levels.

A spokesperson said, “James has now held the title for 3 years in a row, competing in Bermuda’s most challenging trek race hosted by Raleigh Bermuda.

“James is a Raleigh Alumnus who completed his expedition in Borneo in 2012 and has since been an active alumnus of Raleigh Bermuda as a peer mentor and part of Raleigh Bermuda’s digital media crew.

“On Sunday, November 26, 2023, Raleigh Athletes competed in the “Alumni Trek Race” with advanced athletes racing up to 24 kilometers with a rucksack.

“This is Raleigh Bermuda’s 3rd Annual fundraiser where alumni and family members come together to raise funds for the organization’s Brave, Venturers and Alumni Programmes.

“Did you know Raleigh is the only organization that offers an anti-violence “focused” programme for teenagers and provides scholarships for overseas expeditions.

“We would like to congratulate all our Raleigh Athlete Winners and those who competed in the 3rd Annual Raleigh Alumni Trek Race.
