Triangle Challenge: Butterfield Mile Trials Results

The Butterfield Mile Trials — held in advance of the 2024 Chubb Bermuda Triangle Challenge – took place at the Flora Duffy South Field Stadium at the National Sports Center on Friday evening.

Adam Prunty had the fastest men’s adult class qualifying time of 4:56.23, Jake Brislane was second clocking 4:57.92, and Colin Long was third in 4:58.48.

Catherine Riihiluoma was the first female in a time of 5:29.49, Christine Dailey was the next runner to cross the line and was the second female finisher clocking 5:29.96, and the 12th runner overall to cross the line was the third female finisher Gayle Lindsay who clocked 5:34.15.

Jake Smith was the top senior school male runner with a time of 4:50.19, Cameron Adkins was second in 5:06.10, and Noah Maranzana crossed the line third with a time of 5:06.69.

Jaeda Grant was the first female and 12th overall clocking 5:35.94, Amaris Munya was the second female finisher and 12th overall clocking 5:53.63, and the 17th runner overall was the third female finisher Carina Bortoli who clocked 6:02.92.
