Tyler Butterfield Finishes 42nd In Fukuoka
Tyler Butterfield finished 42nd in the men’s race at the Fukuoka International Marathon in Japan yesterday [December 3].
Butterfield, one of the island’s most decorated triathletes, finished in 2hr 24min 52sec.
The race was won by Michael Mugo Githae, of Kenya, in 2:07:08.
Butterfield, 40, served as the Bermuda triathlon team manager at the recent Pan American Games in Santiago, Chile.
