Aaliyah Nolan Scores For Bradford City
Aaliyah Nolan continued her superb season for Bradford City AFC Women after scoring in their 3-1 win at home to Spennymoor Town Women in the North East Regional Women’s Football League today [February 11].
The Bermuda women’s national team forward struck in the sixteenth minute with a close-range finish to level the score after the visiting side took the lead.
She won her team a penalty in the 27th minute after being tripped in the box, with Ellie Prothero stepping up to convert the spot kick.
Nolan earned her side a second penalty in the 62nd minute when she was brought down by the Spennymoor goalkeeper. Kanisha Mae Undertown scored the ensuing penalty.
Nolan has scored eight goals in all competitions this season for Bradford Women.
