Six Males Involved In ‘Disturbance’ In Warwick
There was a “disturbance at Warwick Pharmacy carpark” in which “approximately six males were involved and two of them had brandished knives” and this “incident is believed to be linked” with the shooting which occurred later that day in Southampton, the police said.
A police spokesperson said, “Around 9:55 a.m. on Sunday, February 25, 2024, police received a report of a disturbance at Warwick Pharmacy carpark.
“Information received indicated approximately six males were involved and two of them had brandished knives.
“The suspects left the area on motorcycles prior to police arrival.
“This incident is believed to be linked with the shooting which occurred later on the said day on South Avenue, Southampton.
“Police are particularly interested in speaking with persons who were in the carpark while the incident was in progress.
“We would also like to speak with anyone else who may have witnessed or who may have any information at all, on this matter.
