OBA’s Deacon: Dangerously Underfunded Roads
“Yesterday’s accident in St. David’s was the direct result of the poor road surface conditions not just at that frequent accident spot but across the Island,” Elizabeth Deacon, the OBA candidate for constituency 4, St George’s South, said.
Ms Deacon added, “Our dangerously underfunded roads not just risk costing lives, but the precious time and resources of our similarly underfunded emergency services.
“Investing in our infrastructure is one of the most basic tasks of Government and the One Bermuda Alliance once again calls for the Government to step up and get it done.”
