A group of runners representing the Loren Hotel at Pink Beach in Smiths competed in the recent Austin Marathon, Half Marathon, and 5K after linking up with their sister hotel at Lady Bird Lake in Austin, Texas.
The party included organiser Natalie Price and fellow Loren employees Joeserry Hacinas, Rudy Leo Chang and Sky Monkman, as well as Tim Price, Anna Laura Hocking, Carolyn Conway, and Mark Harris.
All the runners ran in Loren tank tops and stayed at The Loren at Lady Bird Lake.

Fittingly, Ms Price, well-known for her eye-catching costumes while running in local races, also wore a University of Texas Longhorns cheerleader outfit, complete with pom poms.
“Spectators were yelling ‘Go Loren Hotel’ or ‘Hook ‘em’ and throwing up the Longhorns hand gesture, which was pretty cool,” Ms Price told Bernews.
“I’d like to thank The Loren for supporting our group on this most excellent running adventure!
“I definitely hope to have the opportunity to return to their Texas property and explore even more of the city of Austin.”
In the marathon, Ms Price, a member of the Bermuda Weekenders running group, finished in 4hr 58min 55sec, her husband Tim Price in 2:59:46, Hocking in 3:36:21 and Harris in 4:22:27.
Hacinas completed the half-marathon course in 2:18:23 and Conway in 2:25:33.
Meanwhile, in the 5k, Monkman posted a time of 45:41 and Chang 45:42.
