UMBC Trio Compete At Weems Baskin Invitational
Za’Kayza Parsons, Keturah Bulford-Trott, and Caitlyn Bobb represented the University of Maryland, Baltimore County [UMBC] at the Weems Baskin Invitational.
In the women’s 100m preliminaries, Parsons secured the 16th spot with a time of 12.13, while Bulford-Trott was 29th in the women’s 100m hurdles preliminaries, posting a time of 16.92.
During the women’s 4×100 meter relay, Parsons took on the second leg, Bulford-Trott the third, and Bobb brought it home as the anchor, leading the team to a third-place finish with a time of 46.84.
Parsons also competed in the women’s long jump invite, landing an 8th place finish with a leap of 5.51m. Meanwhile, Bobb achieved 4th place in the women’s 400 meters with a time of 54.72.
