Ball Hockey: BDA Spirits & Positive Image Win
The Bermuda ball hockey play-offs continued at the PCC Hockey Rink with a doubleheader which produced 20 goals.
BDA Spirits 7 Appleby 6
BDA Spirits advanced winning their series 2 – 0 against Appleby following their 7 – 6 victory.
Jeff Loper led the BDA Spirits to victory with 2 goals, while Jeff Morash, Nathan Ische, Alex Larouche, Satish Balendran and Robbie Bailey all added a goal each.
Shannon Gosse scored a hat-trick for Appleby, while James Amaral scored twice and Marcel Bouwens added the other.
Positive Image Dental 5 Spine and Sport 2
Positive Image Dental leveled their series at 1 – 1 following their 5 – 2 victory over Spine and Sport.
Matt Mcphail and Tom Duggan both scored two goals for Positive Image Dental, with Dustin Luck adding the other.
Luke Stirling and Ross Rufiange added a goal each for Spine and Sport.
