Ball Hockey Double Header: Frontier & CG Win
The Bermuda ball hockey play-offs continued at the PCC Hockey Rink with a double header.
Frontier 8 ACT 3
Frontier defeated ACT 8 – 3 in the opener to take a 2 – 0 series lead.
Frontier got 2 goals from Bill Calko and Jake Fenske, while Curran Trenouth, Bill McClure, Michael Travis and John King added a goal each. Kris Abramowski scored twice for ACT, with Christopher Jackson adding the other.
CG 7 Hamilton Princess 5
In the nightcap CG took a 2-0 series lead following their 7 – 5 win over the Hamilton Princess.
Andrew Leavy, and Chris Cairns both scored twice for CG, while Andrew Bonner, Akhil Kapur and Jeff Burnett all added a goal each. Hamilton Princess got 2 goals from Adam Fenos, while Matthew Benson, Christopher Merritt and Matt Katzsch all added a goal each.
