  2. Hell no says:

Turning public land to private. PLP destroying nature and giving it away to foreigners. PLP are Anti Bermudian.

  3. Guy Carri says:

What a waste of time. “Consulting the public” – right. That diff from how the minister consults the Dept of Planning and their decisions?

  4. watching says:

The National parks commission doesnt grant approvals for these projects.

But queue the National Trust, BEST, and OBA to oppose anything that speaks to progress.

  5. Joe Bloggs says:

I seem to recall the PLP Government telling us in 2010 or thereabouts that Southlands would be preserved for Bermudians in posterity. I guess not.

  6. Triangle Drifter says:

“Consultation”! HA, there is that word again that means absolutely nothing to this Government.

It’s a done deal. Get over it. This too shall pass. Minds have been made up. The Bermuda public will lose.

If anything the area should be turned into a campground. Bermudians love to camp and this area would be near ideal.

Get your OBA to protest. They have to be the worst and laziest opposition ever. Everyone blamed Cole Simons when he was leader but the new one is even worse.
