LeiLanni Nesbeth made her second appearance for the Chicago Red Stars in their 2-0 defeat at home to Portland Thorns in the National Women’s Soccer League [NWSL] yesterday [April 27].
The Bermuda women’s national team midfielder came on as a substitute in the 57th minute.
Sophia Smith scored two first-half goals for the visiting side.
The Red Stars are fifth in the table, with ten points from six games.
