Nonprofit Alliance Executive Director Dr Nicola Paugh added, “this cohort’s completion marks a significant milestone in the Nonprofit Alliance of Bermuda’s mission to strengthen and unify nonprofits and build a pipeline of future nonprofit leaders for the island. The process was intensive and demonstrates the commitment these individuals have to the nonprofit sector and to professional excellence. We acknowledge them for this commitment. We also thank the Bermuda Foundation who subsidize 75% of the programme costs, ensuring that the opportunity is accessibly priced – so that cost is not a barrier to professional development.”

Bermuda Foundation Managing Director Dr Myra Virgil further added, “On behalf of the Bermuda Foundation, I would like to express heartfelt congratulations to the CNP graduates, recognizing that the programme has required a great deal of time and commitment from them. The nonprofit sector will benefit from the expertise acquired by these outstanding graduates, whose numbers are growing with every cohort.”
