Bermuda Inline Ball Hockey Season Continues
The Bermuda inline ball hockey season continued at the PCC Hockey Rink with a single match.
The North Rock Beacons defeated the Smith Storm 10 – 8 in this high-scoring match. The teams were deadlocked at 2 – 2 at the end of the first period, the Smith Storm outscored the North Rock Beacons 3 – 1 in the second period to take a 5 – 3 lead into the final period. In the third and final period, the North Rock Beacons outscored the Smiths Storm 7 – 3 to claim the victory.
Alex Larouche scored five times to lead the North Rock Beacons to victory, Chris Grantier added two goals, while Brandon Willett, Josh Wilson and Chris Lemieux all added a goal each. Matthew Benson scored four times for the Smith Storm, Jake Fenske added two goals, with Kyle Oakley and Ian Beaudon both finding the back of the net once.
