KRyS Global Appoints Joseph Sitholé
KRyS Global announced the enlistment of Joseph Sitholé, set to lead their Bermuda office, bringing 13 years of experience in insolvency and restructuring across various industries.
A spokesperson said, “KRyS Global is delighted to announce the enlistment of Joseph Sitholé to lead the Bermuda office. Joe joins the Firm from the picturesque city of Calgary Alberta Canada, where he was a Senior Manager/Vice President with KPMG. Joe is a CPA, a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional, and a Licensed Insolvency Trustee in Canada.
“He brings with him 13 years of professional experience focused on delivering optimal solutions to companies and organizations in distress. He is an excellent problem solver with experience in leading complex restructuring engagements involving numerous competing and adversarial stakeholders. His restructuring experience covers across a variety of industries in Canada and the U.S., including oil & gas, investment funds, real estate, construction, transportation, aviation, retail, and non-profit.”
