Dudley Eve: PHC Zebras & Hamilton Parish Win
The Dudley Eve Trophy competition resumed with a Group A double-header that produced 4 goals at the Devonshire Recreation Club.
Wolves 1 PHC Zebras 2
The PHC Zebras edged Wolves 2 – 1 in the opener.
The PHC Zebras took the lead in the 17th minute when Harlem Bean-Fox outpaced his defender and squared the ball into the path of Jahiem Iris who scored from some 6 yards out. In the 27th minute Wolves would find an equalizer with Kydan Browne finding the back of the net. The PHC Zebras went ahead in the 61st minute and it proved to be the winner, a long ball forward would see Kadeem Abraham out run the defense and slip the ball past and advancing Chiquon Smith in goal for Wolves.
Dandy Town Hornets 0 Hamilton Parish 1
Hamilton Parish went to the top of the table in the group following their 1 – 0 win over the Dandy Town Hornets.
After a scoreless first half, Leroy Lewis converted from the penalty spot in stoppage time to earn Hamilton Parish the three points.
