Conor White Races In Gravel Championships
Bermudian cyclist Conor White finished 114th in the elite men’s race at the UCI Gravel World Championships from Halle to Leuven, Belgium, yesterday [October 6].
The 25-year-old completed the 181-kilometre course in the Forests of Brabant in 5hr 07min 39sec.
Mathieu Van Der Poel, of the Netherlands, won the race in 4:41:23.
White, the island’s Male Athlete of the Year, came 39th in the elite men’s time-trial at the UCI World Cycling Championships in Zurich, Switzerland, last month.
