Police Appeal: Assistance Locating Stolen Car
[Updated] The police are appealing for the public’s assistance in locating a reported stolen car.
A spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a reported stolen car.
“The vehicle involved, described as a royal blue and silver Hyundai Creta with licence plate 03028, was apparently removed from outside a Pitts Bay Road, Pembroke home sometime between 7:30pm Sunday, 29th September and 8:45am Monday, 30th September 2024.
“Police officers continue their efforts to locate this royal blue and silver Hyundai Creta, with licence plate 03028 and encourage anyone with information that can assist to call 211, at the earliest opportunity.”
Update 10pm: The police said, “The Bermuda Police Service thanks the public for their assistance. The royal blue and silver Hyundai Creta with licence plate 03028 has been located by the owner.”
Funny how police don’t care enough to appeal for information about the 20+ bikes stolen by roving gangs of young punks every week.
Or enforce the Road Traffic Act!
“The royal blue and silver Hyundai Creta with licence plate 03028 has been located by the owner.”
Well done, BPS!
COME ON !
Guys
We have to support our police in more way than one .
I am supportive of the BPS, I just lament the fact that it does not have the resources to enforce things like the Road Traffic Act, which emboldens the youngsters to ignore other laws too.
Lol you think the fuzz found the car? Please what a joke it was a member of the public! Thxs member of the public
“it was a member of the public”
Ok, if that is how you describe the owner.
The BPS statement said the car “has been located by the owner.”
Probably at the house of the other key holder.
