Onions To Face Hood In Corona Shield Match
The new Corona League season gets underway tonight [October 18] with the Charity Shield at Goose Gosling Field at 7 pm.
The annual curtain-raiser will be between Terrace Onions, the league champions, and Robin Hood, the league cup winners.
There will be an afterparty at BAA Clubhouse.
The Corona League will feature seven teams this season – Terrace Onions, Robin Hood, FC Rhino, YGSFC, InterBDA, Footy Kings and Tuff Dogs.
The league season starts next Friday [October 25], with Onions playing FC Rhino at 7 pm, and YGSFC facing InterBDA at 9 pm.
