White Finishes 22nd In The Peaks 2 Day Opener
Bermudian cyclist Conor White secured a top-25 finish Saturday during the opening stage of The Peaks 2 Day p/b Velo Edge, navigating a challenging 99.3-kilometer course in Staffordshire.
White finished 22nd in a field of elite competitors. He completed the stage, which both started and finished in Warslow, in a time of 2:37:57.
Jenson Young of the Ribble Outliers claimed the stage victory with a time of 2:34:20. White finished 3 minutes and 37 seconds behind the leader.
