Ball Hockey: Hamilton Defeat BDA Spirits
The Hamilton Princess defeated the BDA Spirits 5-4 in a Bermuda ball hockey winter league match at the PCC Hockey Rink.
John Portelli scored twice in the first period to give Hamilton Princess a 2-0 lead. The BDA Spirits responded in the second period with goals from Robbie Bailey and Andrew Bonner to tie the game at 2-2.
Mathew Katzsch briefly restored Hamilton Princess’s lead before the BDA Spirits scored twice to take a 4-3 advantage into the final period.
In the third period, Moad Fahmi tied the game for Hamilton Princess before Mathew Benson scored the game-winning goal.
