Bermuda Motocross Race Day Results
Some of the island’s top riders competed in the Bermuda Motocross Association’s race day at the Southside Motocross Track at the weekend.
In the Novice class, Aiden Simmons completed a clean sweep of wins in his three races, claiming top spot overall.
Anyari Persad came second overall [fourth, third and second] and Deige Paynter third [third, second and fifth].
Cassidy Spencer-Furbert won all three of his races in the 50cc class, with Messiah Baker second [second, second and second] and Max Butterfield third [third, third and third].
In the 85cc class, A’Jahni Foggo completed a clean sweep of wins, with Azai Burt second [second, second and second] and Jaylon Glasford third [third, fourth and third].
In the 85cc Ladies class, Nyla Goodchild won all three races to claim the overall win and Ahlierre Belloquet finished runner-up in all three races.
Kody Paul won both races in the 65cc class to claim first place overall, with Tinho Tucker Wall finishing runner-up and Spencer-Furbert coming third in both races.
In the Over-30 class, Lorenzo Burch won both races, with Anwar Muhammad third in both. Willem Vermeulen recorded a second and a fifth.
Ace Moniz completed a clean sweep in his two races in the PeeWee class. Kaden Bean-Wolfe posted a pair of runner-up finishes and Tucker Wall came third in both races.
In the Expert class, Zano Tucker finished first and second to secure top spot, Zico Majors came third and first, and Preston Martin placed second and fourth.
