Morris & Howard University Team Place Second
Sanaa Morris and her Howard University’s women’s track and field team finished a close second to Harvard University at the HBCU & Ivy Challenge held at the Gordon Indoor Track.
Harvard edged Howard by a single point, 117-116.
Sanaa Morris competed in multiple events for Howard. She finished 16th in the Women’s 60 Meter Dash Preliminaries with a time of 8.11. Morris was also the lead runner for Howard’s ‘B’ team in the 4×440 Yard Relay. The team finished fourth with a time of 3:56.88.
